  112.          AstroFormCalc 3 is a unique and innovative mathematics tool
  113.          which offers productivity enhancements not found in any other
  114.          software package either retail or shareware.  This hands-on
  115.          program combines the functions of both a spreadsheet and

  220.      The following are minimal instructions for manually installing
  221.                            AstroFormulaCalculator 3.
  222.  
  223. ■ Minimum distribution files:  README.1ST, ACAL3.ICO, ACAL3.EXE,
  224.   ACAL3HLP.HLP, OPT312.HLP and *.EQU files.  These files may be
  225.   distributed in compressed formats such as OPT312.ZIP.
  226.  
  227. ■ Create a DOS directory named ASTRO3 and change to it:
  228.  
  229.   cd\ (enter)    md\astro3 (enter)  cd \astro3 (enter)
  230.  
  231. ■ Copy distribution file(s) into this directory.
  232.  
  233. ■ If necessary, decompress OPT312.ZIP as follows:
  234.  
  235.   pkunzip OPT312 (enter)
  236.  
  237. ■ Add these statements to AUTOEXEC.BAT in the base directory:

  239.   ∙ SET ASTRO3=C:\ASTRO3
  240.   ∙ append to existing PATH statement  ;C:\ASTRO3;
  241.   · reboot the computer (ctrl alt del).

  243. ■ Running Under Windows as a Non-Windows Application
  244.  
  245.  Follow the installation instructions and install on the hard drive C.
  246.  Start WINDOWS (tm, MicroSoft).  Click on FILE then click on PROPERTIES.
  247.  Enter the following information for each of the fields.  Description:
  248.  AstroFormCalc 3, Command:  ACAL3.EXE, Working Directory:  \ASTRO3.
  249.  Click on CHANGE ICON.  Enter Filename:  C:\astro3\acal3.ico.  Click on
  250.  OK to exit and click on OK to exit FILE.  The AstroFormCalc 3 icon
  251.  should appear in the accessory window.  Click on it to run ACAL3.  At
  252.  "Get file" prompt type YES (enter) and at filename prompt type (end
  253.  esc) OPT312.HLP (enter).
